Well guys I most likely will be switching to E85 soon. I was wondering if the fuel lab fuel filter is compatible for E85 fuel? Also anything else, that i'm missing with converting to E85! Thanks Dave...

I use that same filter, I swapped out the paper element for a ss one..

Where can you pick up the ss element? I was looking on extreme psi's site and didn't see the option! My car has the 6an fuelab filter on it now, so before switching to e85 i'm going to upgrade to a 8an filter and 8an fuel line.

Make sure to clean that filter after every 1/2 a tank or so for the initial tank fulls after you switch. E85 will literally clean out all the gunk that's been in your fuel system for 20 yrs and it will end up (hopefully) in your filter. I run the stock fuel filter myself.

Thanks for the info, but every thing was put on new this past winter! The fuel cell, fuel lines, fuel pumps, fuel filter, and fuel injectors! There shouldn't be too much gunk in it!
