Fuel issue need input stumped

Ok guys heres my issue. somtimes when im going up a hill it seems the car will loose power. almost shut off but not. wideband will go blank and it will putt. if i pull over and start the car again it will run normal. one time it ran normal and 30 secs later did it again. I had a ford escort that did the same thing and it was the pump like it lost pressure. The reason why im questioning the pump is because im running 2 bosch 044 pumps. Ive checked wiring its not that. ive got a 4gauge wire going to a block then from the block 8 gauge wire to the pumps with 8 gauge ground. when the car acts up the pumps are still working they do not shut off.

What does your battery voltage look like? The pumps might be getting power but if its not enough power then the motor will die, especially under load.
