Anything above 650's is pushing it's limits because you have no control of timing. 750's have been done but it takes ALOT of time. Hope this helps.

Correct. However since you have a 95 you supposedly have a eprom ecu which you can get chipped for the correct size injectors and then fine tunning with the afc will be simple.

What do i have to do to get it chipped, Is it reliable.

http://www.dsmchips.com. You have to get your eprom socketed first.
