thanx for the link....right now i have a 2.5 inch greddy catback exhaust, k&n intake, greddy bov, fmic, mbc. i'm thinking about upgrading to a evoIII 16g turbo and trying to decide wuts best to go with it.

I would believe a 190 and 550s would suffice and actually max out any 16g. With those(550s) you should be able to get good power to the ground. If the evo has 510s on and gets decent power then 550s should be enough
Andrew

PS I remeber looking at this and from what iot says a upgraded turbo at 17-18 psi with 93 octane all you need is a fuel pump...I have rasied fuel pressure and a pump and I seem to lean out at the top(according to my disco a/f gauge). I would seriously be affraid to run over 15psi on my setup now...but according to them I can run 17-18psi

You're probably right but I was just thinking about maxing out the injectors while making that kind of power. :dsm:
