fuel injector connctors? which to which?

On the 2G wiring harness, I noticed each electrical connector for the injectors are marked differently, does it matter which one goes to whitch or is it just the closest injector? The way I have my inectors plugged in now, everything runs fo this new rebuild but I'm trying to figure out if I have a misfiring problem since I hear sputtering.

yeah it matters on the order of the connector. if you look close at the wiring you can tell which sensor comes out the wire loom first second and so forth.
