Fuel delivery problem

I'm trying to get my 2150s dialed in. I've been told I have a fuel problem under WOT.
My fuel setup is
8 an feed
6 an return
2 Walbro 255 on a full blown hanger rewired
stainless fuel lab filter
fuel lab AFPR
FIC fuel rail

I cleaned the pump socks and the tank. I thought that was my problem when I seen some rust under the pumps. I've activated the fuel pumps and did a boost leak test to see if the AFPR was working 1:1. Cleaned the fuel filter. Tested both pumps for operation.
I'm lost on what to try next?

One thing i've found in my research is my drain line doesn't dip below fuel level.

Someone please give me ideas on what to do next.

It's really lean at at -74.6 correction only under WOT.
