so my car has been street tuned for a while on 20psi with not issues except for over powering my clutch, but if i decide i want to accelerate through a sharp corner it acts like it's hitting fuel cut. just completly falls on its face every time i step on the throttle, but if im going somewhat straight i have no issues. anybody else had an issue like this?

We did in Colorado at the Chumpcar Challenge, but it was with a 91 TSI. It was happening when the fuel got low enough in I believe, left turns. The pick-up tube would come uncovered by fuel moving to the side of the tank
.
They would have to momentarilly straighten the whell to get fuel back.

I'm not sure how the 2g GST is setup.

2G GST is just a big tank with no baffling to keep the fuel at the pick up. My FWD Talon did the same thing. The AWD's have a saddle bag, baffling around the pick up, and a smaller pump pumping fuel from the other side of the saddle into the pump baffling. So FWD tank just sucks.

My cars does the same thing, but only on left turns like mentioned above, i would have fixed this by now except i dont know how. I pulled the pump and checked it out, everything seems fine :idontknow: there has to be a way to fix this. I tried researching it first of course and this was all i could find http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/drivetrain-tech/344522-car-jerky-turns-only-transmission.html But nobody ever answered the post :hmm:

EDIT: Found this. Might be your problem/solution too.

Another possiblity is the pickup tube is partially broken so its dangling and then moves up on turns. I had this happen on a different car (non-dsm but it could easily occur on any car). Did anything hit the tank bottom?
