Wasnt sure where to post this. So mods sorry ahead of time.

But is anyone else having problems with getting there parts from Frontline Fab ??? and Having problems getting ahold of him ??? Been waiting over 6 months for parts without any updates from him. Another thing is I noticed some of his dealers are the only ones who seem to get his parts and if you try and order from them there is about $50.00 to $100.00 markup on the parts.

Andrew has a pretty good back order on his parts. I think he is only a 2 man operation, from the sounds of things he is taking too many orders from what he can handle. I know you aren't the only one to have mentioned this. I know one guy waited almost a year for his fuel cell

Its been over a year as 3 days ago. I am going to get his diff cover from one of his dealer but there are hitting me over the head for $475.00 vs the $400.00 from FLF and it isnt even the newer designed one. So WTF They need to get there act together

He hasn't been able to make parts for a few weeks now. He just traded out his old machine for a new Okuma And he had some problems setting it up. He just started pumping out some valve covers last night and he made some transfercase braces a few nights ago.

He's had problems in the past as well with this. I ordered a brake reservoir a while ago. It took 8 months to get to me and when i finally did I wasn't pleased with the part at all. I had to chase it down after he continually lied about when I would I get it. It seemed he just slapped it together real quick and sent it out. He didn't even put his brand on it which turns out to be a good thing since I wouldn't want to represent his company anyways.

Idk about him, but when I was looking into a 2g fuel cell before I got my colt, he told me it would only take 3-4 weeks after payment was complete. I am not saying Andrew is a bad guy or anything, but I think he needs to just be upfront with his customers because this is clearly not a isolated thing.

I waited a looong time for my catch can after I had already paid. I hounded Andrew, he replied 9 out of 10 times, and was up front every time. It is the most beautiful thing ive ever purchased, and I would wait again for it. My thread. Not saying he is the fastest in the world, but you guys should give him a break, hes a one man show that works out of his own space, making one off parts on his own free time.

me and my brother paid. From what my brother was told should take 3 weeks but that has come and gone. Going to order a something small from him and see how long it takes. Just sucks waiting so long for parts. Guy MAKES AWESOME PARTS THAT REALLY WORK.

I ordered a diff cover and transfercase brace back in November, I got the diff cover in march I think and the brace in may. I ordered a driveshaft loop in October and I'm still waiting. When I text him about it I get no reply or "hold on".

I know he's going to be at the shootout and so will I. I REALLY hope he brings it with him.

Refund?, nah we're pretty far past refunds.....

Loops arent done from what I was told

All the custom fabbed stuff like driveshaft loops, catch cans, fuel cells, reservoirs, front cross-bars, etc. are on back-log because his CNC plasma table is down for quite some time. He outsourced the work to a company that specializes in this (plasma cutting/laser cutting/bending, etc.) and they have been both slow and sloppy on the work that they have produced for Andrew.

Don't expect a loop to be done, so you should simply contact him for a refund on the fabbed part that you prepaid for.

Andrew has finally gotten the Okuma up and running and the part quality is even better with the new machine than before. His backlog is absolutely astronomical and he is working day/night to do the work.

If you have a problem, contact him. Simple as that. There is no need for a complaint thread on the forum when it can be dealt with by direct contact. He doesn't even come on Tuners that regularly because he works nonstop.

We understand your a friend of his and a dealer but when someone calls or emails him and gets no reply that is a problem or when people pay for parts and ask for updates on parts they paid for and dont get a reply that is wrong. PERIOD

You may think there is no need for this post but if some people would have posted something about there problems with SHOWDOWN / INDY RACE CORES / DYNOFLASH /TOP SPEED /EXTREME MOTORSPORTS /EXTREME TUNERS /BJ'S maybe other people wouldnt have been ripped off .

I AM """NOT""" SAYING FLF IS LIKE THE OTHER SHOPS. Just saying there is """SOME""" reasons for post like this. A simple reply or update is all people want.

And Yes you did, I will take the diff cover as soon as you get the load bolts in or i can pay for in now and just give me the part number for the load bolts and i will order them myself. My brother paid for both of us and he will be contacting you himself. When is gets back.
