Front Prothane Motor Mount

So do i need to replace the mount before i put the inserts in...?
My mount is broke, and i ordered the kit because i thought the kit replaces the inside of the motor mounts, but i guess i was wrong..

Both roll stop sets from Prothane are designed to work in conjunction with the rubber in the center. It doesn't completely replace the rubber like it does for the mounts on the sides. You can either buy a replacement roll stop and use it with your Prothane kit, or you can check out the freelancer section for a full replacement urethane insert.

Rather then use the inserts you could press out the old mount and use this
