I got a couple of rubber-coated harness clamps and used them on the power steering radiator. Only bother is that the damned tube has a kink in it, so one clamp had to go "up" and one had to go "down". The bottom of the plate is held by the lower lip of the bumper. It stands off the radiator a good three inches, so I don't think it presents a restriction to airflow- the bumper is shunting in more air than you need.

jk, But i wouldnt use it, maybe try filling your mouth with grill and then attatching it there, i dont want holes in my bumper.
