Front lateral arms shock fork bushings

Well I took a look and the bushings are ripped. These are brand new control arms around 6 months old. I believe having the coilovers set to hard got them messed up. I have the energy suspension kit, but it didnt come with these bushings. I know the prothanes have them, but im not buying them

any other options?

Are the arms OEM? I've not heard of such an early failure. I'd contact a vendor or even a company who makes said bushings for an opinion/option.
