front driverside axle, and abs gear

alright my 95 talon has the gear and had the speed sensor for abs....(i dropped the hub assembly and smashed it...) but my car never had abs...or at least it never worked....so my question is how can i tell if i have abs??? and how hard is it to replace that speed sensor for it?

If your car has ABS there will be a big ABS controler on the drivers side front fender. It is tucked down right behind the headlight under the power stearing tank.

Replacing the sensor isnt that hard, they just unbolt and pull out idealy. In the real world they usually break off and you wind up with half the sensor broken off in the hub so you got to bang/drill the basterd out.

so did they usually shio these cars with abs speed sensors...even though the car didnt have abs?
