How much torque for the front driveshaft nut , in the manual says from 145ft/lbs to 188ft/lbs, but I want a more exactly number

What do you mean by "no load on the wheel bearing'?The range you specified is exactly what the FSM states. The reason for the range is so that the nut can line up with the cotter pin holes. My advice is to NOT exceed 188 ft.lbs. If it helps, the FSM also suggests tightening the nut with no load on the wheel bearings.
