My 1990 talon turbo AWD was purchased a week ago. I found out the front bumper is from a non-turbo 1990 talon. Openings where you would find foglights, are just opened and nothing is there. I looked at pictures on the internet and saw that there are plastic coverings that go there so I asked about getting a OEM bumper from either a junkyard or site. The bumper looks ok, but it does not have the wide lip at the bottom like the rear bumper/sides. If I can put fog lights on this bumper, I will keep it due to uniqueness. Has anyone put a non turbo talon bumper on their tsi turbo AWD and installed fog lights?heystupid: possible dumb question)

You should try finding the foglights at a JY and then just mount them where they belong and then wire them up. Problem fixed...

I say just get the Tsi front bumper, like you said it hangs lower with a wider mouth.
Flows with the car better, than a non turbo front bumper.
If you leave it on, it kind of adds a sleeper factor.
But not really since the rest of the car looks like a Tsi.

Yes go with the talon bumper looks way nicer IMO.

Do you still have a side mount IC? If so don't forget to make sure that thing gets ample airflow with what ever bumper you end up using.
