Fresh rebuild got ticking? (Vid inside)

ok so far nothing no issues what so ever after 3years (thanks to the fellow tuners that helped me threw out the years) anywho, today i noticed a ticking sound. goes and comes but when i rev almost sounds like a dead lifter??? so im confused maybe i put the wrong set in i havent a clue but ugg 48 miles so far and 3 oil changes, maybe its just it doest like the valveoline oil im using....
