Woke up this morning to start thr car. Its like -30 without windchill here. It fired right up but thr clutch was super hard. After i let it warm up, i went back out and got in it, put it in first to take off, and nothing. Its like its in nuetural. I can also go into all my gears without the clutch with the car running. Whats going on here? I see no fluid on the ground from the slave sylinder and the master is filled full.

Have you inspected the master or slave cylinder for binding/obstructions?
When is the last time you bled the system?
Is the car actually going into gear, or is the shifter moving into the gear slot?

I see no obsious signs of obstructions or binding. And i guess yes, it feels more like its just going into the slots rather than in the gear. I just went back out to see if it was just a greamlin but nope. Same thing. The pedal has notbing untill about half way, then it's really hard. Could my clutch fluid have froze? I have not bled the
system.

Ok back with some results. I took it to my mechanic as i am with out a garage. I ended up replacing the slave cylinder and master...but with no good results. The car shifts fine, doesnt slip. But i have alot of dead pedal play. About half was down i can finaly feel it engaging but its week, closèr to the floor its a little harder. It also disengages right after its off the floor. The mechanic said now to drop the tranny to see whats up? My car ran perfect before this happened, also it has a newer clutch. Would my pedal assembly cause these issues? Or is droping the tranny the answer? And if so, whats going on inside the tranny?

Ill have to try and check the adjustment tomorow, but my mechanic said both were bled properly and adjusted. This feels like a 6 puck clutch or something. Even though it shifts and drives good im afraid of driving it and ruining the new clutch.

^^ exactly! Also check for clutch drag. Just put in first and hold clutch in with ebrake off rev the engine up to 6-7k rpm. Make sure you have room infront of you incase it moves. If it starts to move forward then it's dragging and not adjusted properly. I would do that first then check the adjustment is right.
