Free scan tool?

Just wondering if there are any nice FREE scan tool software packages for these car's. I'm talking about something like WinALDL for the OBD I.

You can use a palm emulator or Palm pilot an several free Logging programs Like MMCD Or with TunerPro v5 with the right Adx file with a logging cable like the V3 link one or a homemade one with a Usb adapter for 1g since you said Odb I

Well it's a 1995 Talon TSi so it is OBD II. I was just giving an example of the software I use on my OBD I Buick powered car to monitor sensor data.
Some links would be awesome. I'm just trying to get familiar with these cars as much as I can. I am looking at this car for my unsuspecting son. Clutch pedal is down on the floor and from I've been reading, it may need the clutch disc replaced. Guy wants $2500 and engine runs/spools/feels pretty good. It's got afew bolt ons but very minor stuff. Thanks in advance for any links to the software you may have for me! Jr.
