FP3's or HKS 264/272s?

Im building a 2.4 engine and I need to buy some cams. I plan on driving the car on the street on pump gas mostly, with occasional track visits on race gas. I originally wanted to go with FP3 cams, however, I will have to buy an expensive dual spring setup in order to make them work and I'm afraid they may cause more lag than the 264/272 setup. Swordfish made about 20 extra horsepower with the FP3's over the FP2's which are supposedly similar to 272's. However, super95awd made 521 horsepower with the 264/272 combo on pump gas and these cams are drop in and don't require expensive spring upgrades. So, which cams are best for my application?

i would go for the fp3's if youre running a 4g63 head on a 2.4 to accomodate the extra air needs, but if your not going to be making a track monster, I would get the fp2's(they arent exactly a mild grind)
