I have been searching and reading into turbo's for my 1998 gsx. I keep finding myself leaning towards the fp3052 turbo. I have heard nothing but good things about this turbo. The spool sound on this turbo also makes me tight in the pants.
But anyways i guess what i want to know is, if i have a fully stock engine (internals wise) will i be okay running with this turbo. I have really thought about going with the evo3 16g but i keep thinking about it and i think that if it is possible to have a turbo that i can run around the 350hp mark (my currnet goal) and if i end up wanting more power later on down the road i will not have to re-buy another turbo to reach higher numbers later on when or if i decide to do my internals in my engine. It would be ideal to me to have the engines internals replaced at that point while i can keep the same turbo save some money, and up the boost and re-tune. Does anyone know if this turbo is alright to run at a low enough boost for the 350hp mark? or am i just looking to be getting into problems with tuning etc. ?
