FP Manifold overkill?

Alright, I'm getting some headwork done soon (new valve seals, valves ground, etc...) and I have a few cracks in my manifold, one is right in the middle of the turbo bolts and is about 4 inches long. I was looking around for exhaust manifolds and I hear a lot of great things about the FP race manifold. I'm keeping the 14b on the car for a long time, since I don't have the money, nor supporting mods for a larger turbo. I will also be getting new exhaust for the car shortly after I get the head rebuilt. My car is all stock (besides the K&N drop in air filter). Will this manifold be overkill?

If money is an Issue a 2G Exhaust Manifold will be more than enough.

I don't think it's overkill at all, but it's not really going to make any difference over a good condition stock mani on your car just yet. If and when you get a larger turbo, then you may benefit from having it.

a ported 2g manifold has put down 500hp time and time again so if you want to save money id go that way if you want a bad ass manifold and can come up with the money the fp unit is sweet
