im installing a 4" fp intake, where do i do with all the lines that plug up to the stock intake, i know the one that runs to the valve cover i could just but one of those little filters you get from autozone on that one but what about the others?... just plug them off

appleyard777- not to go off subj. but do you really have a see thru hood like your avatar shows, or is that just a pic edited that way??

And as for your question, yes you could put a valve vent breather that you are talking about, but some ppl perfer not too, and not too long ago there has been a thread about it possibly messing with your air fuel ratios saying unmetered air can get in there... ( Which i dont know personally ) But the other hole is to the bov recirculator tube which if you dont want to vent your bov into the air then you might want this...

A solution possibly could be to just cut a hole into the intake and weld a nipple or something of this sort, or use a solid metal tubing for your bov recir. for welded onto the intake pipe and still connect it onto your bov recir pipe... The vent breather isnt as important though. Or maybe ( which I never heard of being done before ) maybe you can recirculate your bov elsewhere, like make a flange or a nipple for it to vent back into on the licp or something because therefore its still going back into the intake track ( even though its not going before the compressor keeping it spooled good so that probably would be a dumb idea. but at least the cars not loosing metered air )

It looks photoshopped. If you look in his profile you can see a full size and the engine is off a little. Still cool as hell though. I knew a guy who had a clear hood on his 2g,some guy test drove the car and for some dumb ass reason opened the hood to look at the motor. When he closed it he forgot to put the hood pins back on and on his way back the hood blew up and cracked in half breaking his windshield.

ok so the two holes your talking about is the valve cover, and the fuel canister, the PCV can be cap with a breather, and for the fuel can you can just you an old bolt with a clamp to plug the hole. you could vent that hose but i rather not, just plug it with the bolt
