Your trying to piss us off! dont post stuff that good.

Well the car isn't tuned yet. In that video it was running 13psi with an average A/F of 11.3:1! Also I had a major problem with my TPS. The TPS would range from 60-100% at WOT and it caused my A/F to shoot up to 10:1! I replaced the TPS and now the car runs alot smoother.

Here is a log that shows the TPS problem. TPS = Green

Tonight I will do some more tuning to try and give you guys an idea of how fast this turbo spools.

Anyone else out there with a FP30? I seem to be having good results far but I have not yet made it to the dyno. I was suppose to go last thursday but had a major fuel leak I had to fix. All I can say is that the next available time on the dyno is mine (next week). I'll keep you guys posted on the results.

A friend made 550@26psi on his 3065. He should have no problems hitting 600 when he turns up the boost. He just needs some bigger i/c piping. His was only 2.25... not to shabby if you ask me :)

Can anyone tell me any dyno numbers on pump gas? This would be a better turbo for me than the PTE 61 56 trim that I've been considering. Anyone getting any surge problems?

I think he made around 450@21-22psi, but I'm not absolutely certain...but thats relatively close I know (with a conservative tune).

Yep, that's about right. Both Brian Wilson of FP and the car Violater are talking about made well over 500. Brian made 520 on a 2.3L stroker at I believe 22psi. The customer car is a built 7-bolt that made 549@26psi.

Wasn't really paying attention on initial tune on dyno but I think it was somewhere around 440. I could give an aviating coitus what it puts down on pump gas, immediately going to the edge on pump gas is not very smart. We quit at 20-21 PSI on pump on the dyno. About two weeks later I went down to Garland and we went out and fine tuned it for pump fuel at full road load, was able to go up to 23-24 PSI without any major issues. Needless to say it woke up quite a bit, estimate ~470-480HP.

Victor went down to Ennis last friday night and didn't make it to the 60 ft. line on the first pass before completely grenading the tranny ;) I was very proud of him. :thumb:

On race fuel turning it up past 27 PSI resulted in a normal boost-per-lb/ft increase in midrange torque but it went away at higher RPM's. So something is causing a restriction at higher RPM's. Might be the 2.5" O2 housing or funky DP, might be the 2.25" IC pipes, might be the goofy Hahn IC, stock TB, or a combo of the above.

I have a 3055. I'm going through the installation and test fitting process RIGHT NOW. I hope to have the car running by this coming weekend.
I can't tell you a thing about how it runs yet.

Most important mods:
Tial 50mm BOV and 40mm External Wastegate
AEM EMS with MAP conversion and wideband 02
Denso 703cc injectors
Walbro 255 hi pressure.
AFPR (aeromotive)
8.5 to one Compression
Ported 2G manifold
3 inch turbo back
BJ's Cylinder heads State Three Cyl. head port job.
T.R.E. rebuilt tranny

I'm in Memphis Tennessee looking for DSMers anywhere nearbye.

No dyno numbers on my fp 3065 but I do have some track numbers. It should be making around 450whp.This is a 1992 laser awd.First pass at 10.5 psi was 13.4 at 101 1.9 60foot,2nd pass at 18psi was 12.3 114mph 1.9 60ft,next at 23psi was 11.7 122 1.9 60 foot,25psi was 11.5 115 1.78 60 foot at this point the car is not going over 7k missfired and i just let out.28psi 11.0 128 1.73 60 foot from 7k to 7400 in 4th misfiring threw the traps.the car is spinning into third on dunlop sp8000 225/50/16(need help here guys)I since put a diss-2 in and it still missfires. My air fuel was very rich at 10.7 up top.I pulled some fuel out and it now hits the rev limmit at 7900 very fast but I am now spitting collant past the cometic head gasket.I am done at the track(no cage)for now but i am going to put a head gasket in and get the car tuned. This thing should make big power whan its leaned out on race gas.It will be in the tens for shure with traction. What should I do for tires and rims.
BTW the car with me in it was about 2930
