Ford o2 sensor?

Alright, i was installing my o2 w/ dump and i noticed my o2 sensor said Ford on it, same logo and everything. I have a ford o2 sensor....whats the deal? is this better? why would i have a ford o2 sensor? im replacing with a denso but i just wanted to know. thanks

I had a ford o2 in my rear location without codes but upfront no they have different inputs and outputs as well as ranges. Just replace it...how long was it in there? cause as soon as I started my car up it threw two DTC's(cel).
