ford cfi injectors

The cfi injectors from mid 80s crown vics ,thunderbirds,ect,are rated #46 with 30 psi line pressure.The 85 and 86 mustang automatic had the #52 injectors.These are low impedence and are bosch.The svo guys like to run them in place of the brown tops.
Are these a viable injector to use in the dsm?You have to mod them to work in the 2.3 but the bottom looks just like the dsm ones(plastic sleeve).

Also what cc would these be running at stock f.p.?What about at the common rasied f/p?(dont know what you guys like to run)

If you are on a budget why don't you just get some stock evo injectors? They are 560cc's and will work with a dsm.

RC Fuel Injection

about 550's at 43.5psi. I think that's what all injectors are rated at, so you can use that calc to figure out the new flow rate at a lower psi.

Get EVO's or real injectors, they are a huge pain in the ass to get out of the TBI setups. Big phillips head screws that strip easily in pot metal, yuck.

aCTULLY THEY ARE EXTREMLY EASY TO REMOVE,JUST TAP THE FUEL TREE WITH A HAMMER AND IT BREAKS RIGHT OFF.You can pull the injector out and then the broken top just pulls right off.I have 10 of these injectors.

Doesn't Bosch supply everyone with injector's? I don't see any reason not to use them, if they are the flow rate you need or better.

I wasn't aware the weird CFI systems used Boch-style injectors though. I know all the MPI car's do.
