Fog light mounting location?

Hi, I am doing the 2GB eclipse conversion, and the foglights are troubling me.. I read here that they use the same mouning location as the Stock 95 Fogs.. WEll that was wrong.. as when I test fit the bumper they ended up behind the bumper.
So I found where I think they are supposed to be bolted on.. but not 100% sure..
Does any one have a picture with their bumper off to see how the fog light is supposed to be mounted?

Also How many bolts is it supposed to be held on with?
It only looks like 1 bolt holds it on the car (stock 95 was 2)
Any ways any help would be great.. Iwill try and get a picture of how I think it is supposed to be mounted soon..

Okay, i think I have it figured out.. Bumper is on both fog lights visible... I dont have the Fog light covers so i dont know if i am right..
any ways for any one else who is wondering here is a picture i drew in MS pain on how I think it is supposed t mount.. incase any one is is the same situation of me it may help (unless im wrong )
