I bought the xs power short route piping. I ran the lower ic pipe and it doesn't line up...wtf. Anyone else have this prob too. The only thing i can think of to remedy this is to get a slimline fan and a longer coupling...one thats like 6-7 inches!!! I know the 2g kit is supposed to fit a t25 but what about all the 2g guys with 16gs...any help is appreciated.

just to add a little "positive" to this thread.
from someone who has "1st hand" exsperience with the items. and not "i heard" or "i know someone"
i have an xs power stanless steel manifold.
the fit wasnt perfect,, i needed to clearence one of the runners slightly to get to to bolt up correctly, other then that, it is a very nice manifold, very well built and very good welds!
i also have the s.s. autocrome 02 housing, which wasnt perfect either, some of the bolt holes wernt perfect, and the main flange was slightly warped. wasnt a big deal to get it fitting perfect.

for those of you who dont like to fabricate or modd anything , spend 3 times as much money and get something perfect.

for those of you who dont mind tweaking to make things work perfectly,, save some money.

Thank you!! :rocks:

I acutally did use it, but had to cut it. I should have cut the LICP and left the 90 degree the way it was.... o well... too late now

I cut 2 inches from my LICP works great with the DeJon tool J pipe.

well i got the clamps and got it running and none of my pipes blew off or anything and i turned down the boost to about 9-10. It wasn't that impressive of a gain but and i doubt i have a boost leak....

DO a boost leak test.

well im kinda havin another wierd problem...when i put in the j pipe i had to move the coolant line a little bit and i think i pinched off the line...now the turbo a this faint whistle to it...any ideas...

The whistle could be a boost leak....I would really do the test. As for the water line bend/tweak it to flow more freely.

ya i fixed the bend it still had more than half of the flow so i dont think i messed it up there.

wow for some reason i thought i was a lot harder like you had to remove everything piece by piece...im retarded and thank you LOL

No no you take off the intake and clamp on the tester, then pressureize everything. Hopfull you dont hear pssssssssssssssss from anywhere, but if you do....just tighten whats leaking or replace the gasket with a new one or RTV and let it cure. Goodluck also Use soapy water in a spray bottle if you cant find the leaks by listening. The fluid will bubble up like no other at a leak. Goodluck.

check how tight you have the j pipe bolted on. I had to tighten the crap out of mine I was afraid it would break the bolt, but it didn't.

well i can't give it a boost leak test right now because its being sprayed...sonic blue...GIGGIDY
