Has anyone seen a fmic like this before? Its on my car right now and I would like to get another one like it so I dont have to change my piping.

I agree with BoostedinSoFla that its a Starion/Conquest intercooler that has been modded. If you take a look at the top left of the end tank you can see it has been welded and modded to relocated the pipe. I know it was a old school mod many dsm guys use to use.

Not sure what IC that is my bet's some kind of modded Evo IC

But either way I wouldn't let the piping limit your options for a Intercooler
is the top pipe go back to the Turbo? If it does it would be worth it IHO to just replace the hot side of the piping to rap around the "normal" way and get a More common IC

Maybe this would work fliped? ETS-Evolution-X with a 45 coupler going back... .
