Unless you can find a quality core for cheap and make your own piping, you'll have a hard time beating their quality and price.

What is a good price? 290 for a VRSF is "good", 700 for a ETS is also "good", I guess these prices are behaving themselves, no "bad" prices here.

I run an ETS street 1g, quality and well worth the price, the question is what is your budget.

PSI really doesn't mean anything either in this situation.
