What kind of kit did you install. If it is a cheaper kit then they are known for doing this. Some people say to spray hair spray on the piping then clamp the coupler on. I have never done this but have seen many people have good luck out of it.

What type of clamps and couplers are you using? Are your pipes beaded or are they flat around the ends?

Get some good Silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. Double them up if the pipes are not beaded.

Does your pipes not have beads? If not try this old trick: spray hair spray on it slide the pipes on and use t-bolt clamps. Not sure if it works, I've never done it, but several people swear by it. I have heard of people using glue to hold them on.

My ebay pipe kit did this too. What I did was screwed in 4 screws in the end of the pipes to act as a bead and got some t-bolt clamps. The screws don't need to be long but they need a decent size head on them so the clamps have something to stop them from coming off.

Take the piping to a performance shop or a welding place. have them bead roll the pipes, or weld a bead around each end of each pipe. That's why the couplers blow off, because they don't have anything to grab onto.
