Hey guys. Im about ready to put my first fmic on my 2g. It's 3.5 deep. My question is can i fit it in without removing my ac condenser? If so will the ac still work as good or at all?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to keep your condensor, tons of people have. The condensor sits inside the rad support so unless your fmic is that big there should be no problem.

You should not have to remove the AC condensor, mine is 3.5" thick and I have the AC condensor... Unless the FMIC is going to sit inside the radiator support it will not interfear with it. What FMIC kit do you have?

the AC would probably work fine, but the engine will over heat if it cannot get enough cool air.

Removing the upper part of the Radiator Inlet hole in the fascia helped keep my engine cool, but I removed the condensor also....it hindered airflow and caused the engine to get REAL WARM just casually driving around.....:notgood:

No problems at all now though.
