Just make sure the step heights are correct. I don't know why you would get a lightweight flywheel without upgrading to a stronger clutch.

a new stock clutch is capable of mild mods depending on what he is after. maybe he needs a clutch and the stock flywheel is unmachinable...

You can get an xtd stage 4 kit with clutch and flywheel for less than 400 shipped off ebay. Just make sure to get an oem throwout bearing and youll be good to go.
