couple suggestions ISC,vacum leak. if when you start it and it idles ok for a second then starts to jump and wants to die then it is most likely a vacum leak first make sure you have all your vacum lines connected then check for the leaks if you dont have a boost leak tester then you might want to go ahead and make one Its just a piece of 2 into 2 rubber hose and a 2" PVC cap and a valve stem/shratter valve. when the car is idleing you should be able to hear a large leak from under the hood ex. TB seals if not then shut it off and perforom a boost leak test.

Its not so bad that the car is hacing trouble idling. Its more like a miss. It only stumbles 10 rpm or so. Im having a knock issue and im just wondering if they might be related somehow

getting knock at idle is very rare if almost unheard of atleast from me I've never heard of it. One time after a good run I pulled into park and my car was doing that it would just stumble hard dropping like 300rpm and back up again like you said almost like it was just missing right thier and it turned my PCV valve hose came off so check your hoses brother thats my best guess.
