Fix ticking permanently with seafoam!

I saw a topic on how to fix the infamous lifter tick with seafoam but now I cant find it. It was really detailed on how to do it. Anyone know where this topic is? or how to fix it without replacing lifters.

Go to your local parts store and ask for a can of seafoam and then follow the directions on the can...go on YouTube to see the results and what you'll expect to see...I kno it make your car smoke like hell for a few
minutes but then it runs good as new...it's worked on everything I used it on

The revised lifters are really the only way to permanently get rid of the tick. It will eventually come back after the seafoam trick.

Mine has stayed tick-free for over 10,000 miles after using seafoam. If it comes back I'll just run another can through.

had a brand new motor here with the 1mm oil holes tick from day one, permanent fix was topline 3g's

thats why they revised the lifters try royal purple it worked for me for every oil change i did then i swaped lifters
