I think I've found the problem to hesitating and bucking under load...as I experienced in my eariler thread...1st: the BISS screw was leaking. I then pressure tested in sections the IC pipe and found the new BOV stock valve was leaking even under 5psi which is very low condsidering it should hold about 12psi. I found this out be removing the BOV tube ( large rubber hose) from the BOV and could hear air leaking and tried to block it by hand which generated quite a bit of pressure, which is not supposed to be there unless there is proper BOV operation (is the only time BOV is suppose to open). Now car pulls hard to higher rpms and accelerates better than before......anyway I 'll have to change my name to somthing else...thanks to all out there and a very special friend gsxtacy...hope I got that right dude! you're fellow DSM'er :thumb: :dsm: :)

I'm just a fellow car enthusiast trying to help out...Thanks for the comment BTW.

I just gave you the direction in which to look. You found it. Good job. I've found that patience overcomes most problems that arise on DSMs, there is a science to it, check everything!!!

Cya around!!
