I have a 95 GST with 140,000... 1.what kind of oil and weight do you guys run in these. 2. What kind of spark plugs?

ONE WORD. SEARCH! NGK BPR6ES sparkplugs. NGK, taylor, etc wires. 10W-30 or i run a little thicker in the summer.

If you go to a Kragen/O'Reilly's and they go WTF when you tell them you want BPR6ES tell them its the NGK 7131 and they'll find it for you.

Actually the BPR6e's is one of the stock plugs they will offer. I know because my oreillys lets me stroll through the computers to look up my own parts.

Ahh, I guess it varies by store or the guy who worked at mine was just a bit "special" because he didn't know what I was talking about until I mentioned the 7131.

mobil1 full synthetic 10w-30... NGK BPR6ES

Mobil 1 fully synthetic, 10w30 or 10w40 IMO is the best. Like everyone else said, car is stock run NGK BPRES for plugs.

After the oil an plugs check that timing belt trust me I put it off now after puting a head on I am kicking myself.
