first time import 95 talon tsi fwd

I'm new to the import game bought a 1995 eagle talon tsi fwd. I've always been a muscle car guy but always wanted a dsm, an awd would of been better but got a good deal. When i bought the car the prevous owner bought a 3" cat back exhaust, which i installed, a 3" fmic both from cxracing, and a act stage 3 clutch. The clutch is out and im taking it in here real soon to get it replaced, and the cv axles, wheel bearings, and spindles. I would do the work myself but dont have a garage yet to work on it, hoping by this summer i will. This car will be my DD bought it with 80k miles (not bad), when i started it up sounded good no ticking or abnormal sounds, turbo is good to. I've read about the 3" fmic with a stock throttle body, would it be worth gettin the 2.5" piping or just upgrading the throttle body. I'm wanting to beef up the hp to, but im not going to be one of those buy a big ass turbo first people. What are some things to upgrade to get ready for a nice size turbo.

You still don't have an import. In fact your car was built right there in the state you live in.

I guess you could say it was imported to Preoria Illinois from Normal Illinois.

First thing's first your car is not an import. my redneck buddies keep telling me to take my ### import back to tokyo. I just laugh in there face and show them the door seal that says "manufactured in america"

, my last car was a full on import. it wasn't made in the us, nor was it made for sale in the us. i used to go to the dealership and tell them the year and they'd agrue with my that i was supposed to have all these emmissions related whatnots that were totally nonexistant
