Well after the first time having the car out in almost a year I hit up the local drag strip last weekend! I'm running a completely stock 6 bolt motor (head and block) with arp head studs and a 2g maf.. My setup is very simple.. hx35 8 blade pte 880 injectors.. 255 fuel pump... 2g maf.. dms link v2.5 and a fuel lab fp regulator and arp headstuds, with a street tune from my friend. I didnt have the car dynoed but with this time i would say it makes around 350whp or so...

From my last time at the track I managed to drop over 1.5 seconds off my time and pick up 18 mph more on my trap speed :) I was running on 205 street tires also. My previous best time was a 13.7 @ 94 mph

My best time of the day was a 12.2 @ 112 with a 1.73 60 ft.

Our local track is notorious for running .2-.3 tenths slower and a few mph less than other tracks because its up hill, so I'm going to go to a different track this weeknd and see if I can manage any better. The car is a blast to drive and is right at the point where I think it's beginning to get pretty quick.. Tho I wouldn't mind another 100whp LOL anyways I just thought I would share my accomplishment for my first build on a dsm all my others were stock :) feel free to add feed back!

This winter I'm doing cams and springs and an ethenol setup and going for 10s on the stock block.

Thanks guys! Cams would seriously help my setup ###### would bet another 40 whp or so but just didnt have the money for them. I'm shifting right about 6800 after that you can feel the power start to fade away
