First start new head BISS???

Hey guys I've been trying to get my car started I just put a new head on timings perfect just won't stay running it will keep trying to fire when I crank it do I have to adjust the ignition timing I've been messing with the CAS?

If you played with the CAS then yes, you will need to reset the ignition timing using a timing light and grounding out the timing pin.

So ground the two pins then adjust the biss till it starts or ground the two then move the CAS ?

Ground them out, ensure the idle is at 750rpm and engine is warm. If the idle is not at 750rpm, verify and fix any air leaks first followed by setting the BISS by slowly turning it in the appropriate direction to achieve 750rpm. After that is set, do the timing via timing light.

I can't get the car to run though. Should I do this before?

Boost leak test to fix any air leaks, ground the pins and proceed. If it's not running due to the CAS position, grounding the pins will eliminate ECU controlled timing and lock it so it will stay running to become adjusted.

You do have your MAF plugged in fully, TPS plugged in fully and the ISC in fully?

Yep I checked to make sure all of the plugs were connected to the sensors. I'll go ahead and try that thanks liquid.

Still no start. I really need help it sucks I checked absolutley everything it just doesnt make sense. It doesn't make sense how When I crank it it's like its sputtering to start like crazy. When I spray starting fluid it starts up then dies out. If I crank it for awhile then let it sit 5 mins or so it will almost fire up but then goes to the same thing. Anyone please Ideas!?
