After searching and finding some but not all of my info i decided to try and post. First of all this is my first DSM and ignorantly jumped in head first :ohdamn:. The car has basically been ground up modded over the last year. I'm now at the point of initial start up. I plan on running E85 and a few of the significant mods are as follows.
-Link V3 Full running GM Maf
-PTE 5031RE bb turbo, external turbosmart, Profec B controller
-Aeromotive stealth 340, PTE 1200CC inj, -6AN fuel line, Aeromotive FPR
-fully built motor, stage 2.5 port work. 8.5:1 compression, FP272's.

Almost everything is at zero miles and been untouched. My questions are
1. Is it safe/smart to run E85 from the start on a zero miles motor that is not tuned. other than a base link V3 table?
2. Reading through the E85 threads there is a lot of back and forth on what proper AFR to tune to (seen anywhere from 9.5-11.5) any solid information on that?
3. Is 43.5 proper Fuel pressure to set for E85? (again seen conflicting info)
4. Being that everything is already installed im going to be priming the motor using the oil feed line method with a pump found on a thread from a long time ago. There was not really any feedback regarding how well it worked. Does anyone have any expirence?

Sorry for the long thread. Im very excited to be at this point after 2 years of building. Thank you in advance for all your time and help! :hellyeah:

If your asking probably would be best to get a baseline tune on gas first.

2. Reading through the E85 threads there is a lot of back and forth on what proper AFR to tune to (seen anywhere from 9.5-11.5) any solid information on that?

Around 11.4-11.8(using a wideband reading gas AFR's) is best depends on a few things you can go leaner but not a lot of gains to be had

3. Is 43.5 proper Fuel pressure to set for E85? (again seen conflicting info)

It has a tendency to atomize better, but this is depended on other factors more so then E85 like your fuel pump flow and how High of boost you plan to run

4. Being that everything is already installed im going to be priming the motor using the oil feed line method with a pump found on a thread from a long time ago. There was not really any feedback regarding how well it worked. Does anyone have any expirence?

Not sure exactly what your talking about maybe a link to the thread?

Just do things one step at a time and take your time is the best advice I can give the majority of problems I see are from people getting ahead of them selves and not addressing one thing at time.

Touche. I guess being the "winter Blend E85" right now it would be best anyway. IM just worried of running to low of a duty cycle.

Thank you. This always seems to be a sketchy subject on forums. Nice to hear from an actual tuner on the matter.

I will run around 7-8PSI for initial motor break in. After that planning on peak turbo efficiency of 30-35. The fuel pump flows 340LPH

I appreciate the fast reply! More or less that's the reason I posted. After 2 years that's the last thing i need is blowing the motor due to a small oversight
