My logger is OBD guage (tunerstein I think). The log was in third gear, yeah I know. So tell me what you think?

Okay yeah the car wasn't warmed up fully, I did the log just to get an idea of the engine performance. Should I let it warm up fully? What about the timing issue? Any recommendation on logging i'm new to the concept.
