1G Firing order wrong.

Ok so let me start off by saying the car ran fine before these changes occurred. I have a 89 mirage with a 4g63 swap (90 dsm). I started blowing out spark so I decided to go with a ARC 2. Installed the ARC 2 per the write up that was done on here a while ago by swapping out my 90 coil pack for a 91+ coil pack blah blah blah. Put the car back together went to start it and wont start. So I switched the wires around on the coil and the car starts up and idles really rough / lean and dies if I let my foot off the gas. So I thought that maybe the injectors might have gotten switched around. They all checked out and were plugged in correctly. The next thing I tried was started the car up and had a helper unplug 2 of the injector clips cylinder 1-2 when they unplugged one of them it did nothing but when they unplugged the other the car died out. Im guessing one of the coil packs are either bad or the firing order is mixed up and I might need to invert it on DSMlink. Is there anything else I should do to eliminate any other possibilities? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
 
Check the power transistor.. May be faulty.. Also make sure the firing order is 4123. So starting from the coil if your looking straight at it from the drivers side it will be 4. 3. 2. 1. From left to right.
 
Replaced the coil pack / igniter with a known good working one and no change.... Went to take the spark plugs out and cylinders 2-1 the spark plugs were loose. Looked at all the spark plugs and only one had a tiny bit of fuel on it and all the rest were bone dry and no scent of fuel what so ever. Put the spark plugs back in and re arranged the injector clips 4 different ways and the car still starts up and runs like crap I would have thought the car wouldn't run at all. So now I am thinking its either clogged injectors / the ARC 2 is just screwing everything up or there is a fault in the wiring somewhere.
 
Have you tried swapping back to the stock coil alone, and see if that helps?

On the ARC-2, if you get the wrong dip switch setting on the coil edge select, it will fire at the wrong time, be hard to crank and stall out like you are describing. So unplugging the ARC-2 and going back to the stock ignition will eliminate some of the things that could be wrong. Then you can redo that plug test and see if the same 2 cylinders are misfiring as before.

Changing the firing order via DSMLink was mainly for the 2G cars that are using a 1G CAS. I don't think you'd need to do it in your case.
 
Problem solved. For whoever has a similar problem in the future my problem was I had a 90 wiring harness with a 91+ igniter so my to coil signal wires were opposite of what I had thought. Switched them around and started / ran like a champ.
