ok so i finally got my car running/driving well and i am noticing a few little new problems here and there. first off it seems like my caliper is almost frozen...kinda sticky but not completely seized... is there any way to free it up some so i don't heat up my brakes so much.

second problem is the suspension/steering feels loose now like everything isn't tight but i pulled the wheels off and everything seems tight any suggestions???

and lastly i cannot stand the insanely loud Tial wastgate, can i get a pipe to route it back into my down pipe or something to quiet it down. any body know of a good place to have something like this fabbed up???

im gonna post pics and a video clip later

for the brake calipers I would start by pulling them apart, checking for anything that could be binding, and greasing the slider pins. Then reassemble them and see how they are after that.
Did you change your pads or rotor that this started happening?

I'm not sure how you have your wastegate setup but yes you can have a pipe made that will either route it down to under your car or you can have it so the pipe routes into your exhaust. I can't help with a shop since I'm not in that area but any reputable DSM shop capable of fabrication should be able to help you out.

Definately pull apart the brake system and inspect it like Turbo Talon 111 said. Most of the time a caliper that is dragging is caused by it not being properly greased.

Too low of tire pressure could also cause your steering to feel loose. Tryt jacking up on of the front tires and grab it and move it around, do the same with the other side. Make sure to leave the opposite side on the ground to ensure that your not moving any steering parts and that your reading you get form moving the tire is accurate. When you take apart your caliper be sure to take some P.B. blaster and spray everything down real good and maybe even take a wire brush to it. Grease it up and you should be good to go.

You will also want to take a wirebrush and scrape all the old nasty grease off the sliders. If that doesn't work (90% sure it will though) try changing your fluid.

thanks, i forgot all about greaseing it... i was throwing my car together at 2 in the morning after a long day of putting it together......makes me wonder what else i forgot to lube/grease haha.. thanks guys

as far as the wastegate i think im gonna try and bring it down to pruven performance i heard they do good fabricating....

as far as the suspension im not sure what to do i tried using an impact gun but it seemed like the ball joint was just spinning... i dunno
