Just curious if anybody has a preference between FIC and the Greddy's. I have a choice between brand new FIC 550's and Used Greddy 550's... Has anybody had any problems with either, or would recommend one over the other? Thanks...

well the FIC are kinda hard to fit in and when i had them they leaked alot. The denso's i have now are great! If i was you i would get the denso for sure!

The Denso's always flow a bit more than what they're rated for so it would be wise to have them flow tested. I bought a set of used 660's and had to trash them because they all flowed at vastly different rates. I use FIC's now and have no issues. Besides I think the FIC's are less expensive. That being said, I haven't had firsthand experience with 550's or EVO III 560's, so take my input with a grain of salt.

I will add that my FIC's are easy to tune and have performed well for me.

FIC's with Viton seals fit like a champ. I'm not sure what your issue was.

Hope that helps out,

Andy

I have both sets currently... I originally bought the FIC's, then I bought a set of used GReddy's for my mechanic because they were cheap and I owed him a favor... So the price is not an issue, I'm just asking for experiences had with both brands... Thanks for the imput so far...

I originally purchsed the FIC 550's and had a great experience with them. I just took them out the other day so I could upgrade them to the FIC 750's. So as you can tell with my experience I highly recomend them.

Thanks for all the input guys... Just for future reference, I called ExtremePSI to ask which injectors the recommended and the guy basically told me that he would say the FIC's. He said that they have been flow tested to be within I believe it was 1cc of eatchother. He said he's never really had a problem with either brand, but the DSM's seem to like the FIC's better. Personally, I'm goin to go with the FIC's mainly because they're brand new and I don't have to worry about bad seals or dirty internals, etc. Not to mention they come highly recommended...
