fiberglass a pillar mold

i made a fiber glass replica of my a pillar on my galant but i have no idea how i would use thw factory clips to hold it in if anybody has any idea how to mount these without putting screws through or gluing it that would be great any kind of advice would be great thanks guys

3M trim tape, sticky back velcro. Just make sure to clean it with an alcohol wipe or some sort of degreaser.

Or use epoxy to attach the clips.

JB weld the factory clips onto the fiberglass a pillar you made.

I don't care for JB weld much but if I was going to go the epoxy route, Marine Tex.
Marine Tex, epoxy resin, adhesives, silicone grease, engine treatment, cleaner, repair, bond, fill, seal, fiberglass, aluminum, plastics, Starboard, wood

I used this stuff when I was a boat mechanic. Mean stuff. I used it on some plastic covers on sterndrives to repair cracks. Ground the crack out, drilled holes at the ends of the crack and filled it in with tex goo. Sand off and paint. (alot better than paying $50 for a piece of plastic)

Another option would be to make clips out of metal and embed them in the fiberglass pillar you made. What better thing to stick to the fiberglass than fiberglass.
Do you have pics of the clips and your fiberglass pillar? Might help to figure it out.
