i couldn't find much about this so i figured it out and decided to post it and see what you guys think about how i did my FCD. first i unscrewed it and let it hang and checked the voltage at the signal wire with the key on run(because that would be equal to no vacuum/boost in the manifold). it was 4.65v so i installed and set the FCD to clamp at that voltage and verified it stays at 4.65v by blowing in it with an air hose. i put it all back together and everything worked perfectly.

is this on an eclipse? I thought the fuel cut defender for an eclipse is Hz defendant and not volt
