Factory alarm keeps going off

So my factory alarm will go off if I open my doors and even after putting the key in the ignition it'll still go off. I disabled the horn so I wouldn't get the loud annoying alarm, but I have no horn, whatever I can live without it, my problem is my head lights flash still cause the alarm is going off, but if I drive with my head lights on they'll stop blinking. Now during the day I have to take my head lamp fuse out and at night put it back in. I don't know what to do, any help?

My factory alarm does not flash the lights at all. Your 100% sure that its the factory one?

No, not 100% =\ when I bought the shell he gave me the keys and it had an after market clicker, but I just use it to unlock and lock the doors I didn't think it engaged an alarm. I don't even know where that alarm system would be wired at or into
