ExtremePSI fuel package?

Has anyone bought this? Does it come with all necessary hardware of which I will need? Such as o-rings?

no, trust me I definitely want it, I just want to know if it comes with the necessary harware such as pump install kit and o-rings before having to wait an extra week after getting it because I didn't realize when ordering.
