ok ill start right out by saying im on and egr solinoid delete therefor im running wg actuator boost only 5-7 lbs but ive been having extreme creep. now even though my actuator opens around 5-7 psi i have ridiculous boost, its not even creep i can spool about 15 lbs(before i cut it off) before 4k on the tach. ill be boost leak testing soon, but i dont think it could be a boost leak (that would cause less boost) correct? also ill be ordering a MBC soon but i dont know if this will have an affect. has anyone ever had this problem or know what i can check im just lost now ive tried everything.

Is it stock turbo? What mods do you have can you? uppdate your profile? Porting stuff is good. If you run 3 inch exhuast its more likley to want to creep.

i bought the car October last year it is stock turbo but the down pipe and exhaust look pretty big possibly 3in ill measure it tomorrow. also theres about 4 exhaust leaks after the down pipe. exhaust is in the budget also. whoever had the car before me did a vac line clean up. also my bpv is atmosphere dump. not recirculated. i dont know if that has affect?

The boost leak tester is a good thing to do on your dsm. Even though it might not show you can still have a leak. I did. I would just start out by looking at all the vacuum lines and turbo lines. Make sure there not cracked on the end. Also i had a problem like this and i had a leak on the BOV so might check that also. make sure couplers are tight. if you put hair spray inside the coupler before tightening it makes a better seal. hope this helps

I would think it wouldn't but then again it is under pressure. And i dont think it would matter if you welded a bung on it with a smaller nipple. I would just be worried if it is leaking. but then i could be wrong but i have had smaller bungs welded on my intake pipes and it worked fine.
