external wastegate help

Ok, so i just got my gsx running the other night. I'm running a evo3 turbo ported, clipped, and wastegate door welded shut. With that i'm running an obx turbo manifold with a 38mm obx external wastegate. I want the car to boost 15psi it's boosting over 20psi. this is my first time dealing with an external wastegate so i'm not sure where i should connect the vaccum line to. there's a hole in the top and in the bottom and what springs to use. please help thax

The wastegate only seems to have one nipple. That nipple should be connected to a boost source, some location that provides psi from the boost created.

If there are holes at the top and bottom, then you need to either plug them or provide some sort of fitting and connect it to a boost source.

The springs will provide different boost levels for you turbo. they should have told you which spring provides what psi. If you take both springs the one with less tension will be the lower boost level.
