*UPDATE*
Well I finally got my engine last Saturday (Aug 9th). I was pretty mad that it took so long, since I was suppose to get it for the DSMshootout.
When I got there I was going to have them install my cams and timing belt. Mike looked and seen that the cams werent any good. So he took the cams off an engine of his and also the timing belt tensioner. The install took about 3-4 hours, so I had to wait around for that. I thought it was very cool that he offered to help me out like that.
All in all, I dont think slowboys has the best customer service I have dealt with. That could be because they are so busy, and cause they moved. However, I do like the fact that Mike is VERY helpful and always seem to do whats best for the customer and not his pocket. Even though the turn around time on my engine was so slow, I think that dealing with mike makes up for it. I would go back to them for my other parts, hopefully a turbo soon
I would give them an: 8.5/10
